How scheduled ordering works
Chipotle orders are submitted during scheduled processing windows. After your payment is verified, your order is scheduled for our next available processing window.
Minimum orders required
Orders are processed together once the required number of unique orders is available.
Scheduled processing windows
Orders are placed during our next scheduled processing window. If an order cannot be placed that day, it stays scheduled for the following day.
One order per Chipotle location
Only one order may use a particular Chipotle location during the same processing batch. If that location is unavailable, we may ask you to select a nearby location.
Pickup time requested, not yet confirmed
Your selected pickup time becomes confirmed only after Chipotle accepts the order.
